ANNOUNCEMENTS

             The payroll dates for the fall semester will be; Oct 10&24,  Nov7 &21

 and  Dec5  & 19.

             All members of the AFA are reminded that each year the AFA funds ten  $500 grants   to those faculty who wish to advance their expertise in their field of study or to expand into other areas of study. Applications and instructions for filing may be found on the union web site at

             All Departments Representatives are reminded that retention pools and class assignment lists are due now. These documents should be sent to of VP  Gaudino  at his home address or to the union office F 3247.

             Orientation for new adjuncts will follow the regular Executive board and Representative Assembly meeting on Oct 15, 2005 in CCB room 252/3.
