NOTICE

          All classroom instructors must file their availability forms on-line for the winterim and spring semesters. Notices will be sent to all teaching faculty in the near future indicating when the windows will open and close for these semesters. Please adhere to the schedule provided in order to protect your seniority rights.

          All Department Representatives will receive a special mailing in November with instructions on how to access the on-line system to view the availability forms of all instructors in their own departments. These may be printed out if so desired.

          Once again all are urged to contact the Academic Computer Services department to set up an e-mail account in the college system. The phone # is 572-7624.
